DATA ANALYTICS AND SIMULATION SOLUTIONS
HaulSight Software
HaulSight is a computational tool designed to analyze and validate operational parameters in mining equipment haulage. Its purpose is to analyze speed behavior and detect inefficiencies that can be corrected in the short and medium term, as well as to identify areas with critical designs or physical conditions and detect excessive or inefficient flows within a mining plan. This enables the mitigation of operational risks, optimization of operational planning, and improvement of haul road conditions through the identification and correction of inefficiencies.
What does HaulSight enable?
- Analyze and validate truck speeds and detect biases between actual performance and the inputs used for fleet estimation.
- Evaluate the impact on speed generated by the interaction between different truck fleets.
- Identify areas with geometric or physical constraints that may limit speed or create bottlenecks.
- Determine the impact of excessive truck flows on speed and other mining traffic interactions.
- Detect areas with operational inefficiencies, providing key insights for corrections or road condition improvements.
- Generate advanced dashboards for operational data analysis and visualization.
- Model the temporal evolution of a mining plan in terms of haulage and its impact on productivity.
Why use HaulSight?
- Accurate speed quantification across different sectors of the mine, providing key inputs for long-term planning.
- Short-term operational optimization, enabling the evaluation of design feasibility in terms of productivity and haulage efficiency.
- Identification and correction of road infrastructure inefficiencies, facilitating improvements in the design and maintenance of mining routes.
- Advanced visualization and analysis, through dashboards that support decision-making in design, congestion mitigation, and mining plan sequencing, reducing risks and improving overall efficiency.
