A specialist in comprehensive mine planning (short, medium, and long term), he leads key processes such as LOM, 5-Year Plan, Annual Budget, and 18-Month Forecast, ensuring robust plans and value-based decisions. His experience encompasses the integrated management of planning, geology, geotechnics, operational cost control, chemical laboratory operations, and concentrate dispatch, with a proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams (over 35 professionals) and transform data into executive decisions.
